Descriptif :
We focus on three main aspects of the role of membranes in eukaryotic cells : their organization (in terms of protein composition and spatial organization), their remodeling capacity, and their role in the transduction of chemical and mechanical signals. Our exploratory approach relies on the development and the application of cutting-edge technologies in advanced microscopies (AFM, superresolution, cryoEM), spectroscopies (NMR and single molecule fluorescence), protein engineering and DNA nanotechnology.
