Descriptif :
Our team is specialized in transport issues, and in particular microtubule based intracellular transport. We develop stochastic models to test hypothesis about possible mechanisms involved in intracellular transport, especially in dense environments such as in the axon, with some focus on the coupling between network dynamics and transport and on collective dynamics (tug-of-war, network severing, filament deformation, etc).
